You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Fabric cover color dye lots may vary from pictures. This does not constitute the covers being defective, therefore no refunds will be issued.
Please help us help you by following a few short steps to ensure your return is processed correctly.
- We have included an RA# (your name and order#)which is to be placed above the return address. Be sure to reference this RA# on the shipping label to ensure your return is processed correctly.
- Please forward your tracking number to us via email with your RA# as the subject. This will help us track the package and confirm it has been received by our warehouse. Please include you packing slip or order details in side the box.
- It is VERY IMPORTANT that you make sure your item is packaged correctly in its original packaging with the packing slip to insure it is not damaged during it's return. We cannot issue a refund on an item that has been damaged because of poor packaging. due to the dimensions of the product not the weight, Freight rates are less costly when utilizing fed ex ground and UPS shipping terminals. Pack and ship stores can be very expensive. Covers and small boxes can be returned via USPS. Please do not write on box. Please place clear tape over your shipping label to insure that it will not fall off.
- As soon as your return is received and processed, we will issue a credit to your credit card per our return policy. You will billed for outgoing freight without product replacement as stated in our return policy. It may take up to 4 weeks for your return to be processed and once credit is issued, please allow 2-5 business days for it to show up on your statement.
